My name is Laura Davis, and I’m pleased to join the governing body at Endeavour Academy as a Parent Governor. I have a public sector background in highways construction, with strong experience in governance, assurance and performance management.

As a parent of a child with special educational needs, I bring valuable personal insight alongside my professional expertise, and I’m committed to supporting the Academy’s inclusive ethos and continued improvement for all students and families.
