Our vision at Endeavour Academy is: ‘Through honesty we gain trust, through empathy we gain understanding, and, through resilience, we endeavour to succeed’
It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to Endeavour Academy, which is part of Nexus Multi-Academy Trust. Endeavour Academy is an inclusive and welcoming Special Educational Needs School with an excellent tradition of supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs.
At Endeavour Academy, we believe that a high-quality education develops our students academically, personally, socially and emotionally and, morally. Furthermore, this provides our children and young people with the knowledge, skills and understanding to be successful in whatever they choose to go on and do in life. We also feel that it is crucial for our children and young people to develop themselves outside the classroom and, as such, we offer a wide range of enrichment and extracurricular opportunities to help prepare our pupils develop the personal attributes needed for the next stage of their education, training or employment.
As a values-driven academy, within Endeavour, everything we do is centred around our core values. It is therefore a core part of our mission for pupils and colleagues to hold our values at the centre of all of our interactions, every day.

At Endeavour Academy, we understand the importance of forming and maintaining strong relationships as a key to success. As such, all of our stakeholders are very important to us and, we aim to work successfully with parents, carers, governors, agencies and the local community to support our young people; enabling them to develop and grow within this community and in building together a real sense of identity within Endeavour Academy and, as part of Nexus Multi-Academy Trust.
