Employer Encounters
We understand the importance of and strongly encourage meaningful encounters between our students and employers with the aim of equipping the next generation of workers with the knowledge, understanding and skills to make a successful transition from education to the workplace.
We are particularly keen to hear from employers who can help link our subject-related curriculum in the classroom to the world of work/employment. This could include visiting a class and running or supporting a lesson, for example.
If you would like to contact us about these opportunities, please contact: Mr Tim Meek – Careers Advisor – tmeek@nexusmat.org or phone 0115 9675020 for an informal discussion.
