YMCA Activity Village

This week, we were very excited to start going to YMCA Activity Village with some of our students. This is an opportunity for students to make new friends, try new things, and build new skills.

The students who went took part in lots and lots of activities, including bouldering, Nerf wars, and strength & conditioning exercises!

They had so much fun, and we are looking forward to going again next week!

Class of the week: M2

We have had a great start to the new year. In class M2, two children have enjoyed taking part in an activity day, where they spent the day with Mr Hallam and fundraisers for Nottingham Forest FC at YMCA.

There has also been a chess match between one of our pupils and the head teacher. Our class pupil won and is now promised a lovely McDonalds lunch!

In the class room we have enjoyed learning about microscopes and have enjoyed looking at slides of all different types of items from parts of the body to plant stems.

Congratulations to our top Dojo point scorers

Well done to our superstars - Kaleb from Churchmoor and Josh from Sherbrook. Congratulations on your hard work!

Dates for your diary

We are excited to host Macmillan coffee morning next Friday across both sites for our students, so make sure to send them in with some loose change for some goodies!
